Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened.

If you received the wrong order, send us an email immediately and we will promptly ship the correct items to you.

Our soap products are very personal items and we hope you understand why we cannot accept a return on opened items. However, your feedback is important to us. In the event you are not able to use the product ordered, send us an email- let's work through some options together.

Discontinue use of product if you develop an allergic or medical reaction to a product purchased, goat milk and/or any ingredient of the goat milk product ingredient
